The business is bad, misleading and the company and employees lie and cheat just to get you to change phone companies and they false advertise without giving you what they advertise. Movistar is BAD BUSINESS, DONT EVER CHANGE TO THEIR COMPANY. DONT

The place is good, but since 2017 I stopped using their services to switch to Weex and then return this year, the quality of the service has dropped a lot. Even the coverage became terrible. A shame because it could be said that I have been a Movistar user for as long as I can remember. Even when I acquired my new cell phone in 2008 with a new phone number, it was still Movistar. Plans are good, but what's the point if they can't even be used? I was left incommunicado without even being able to make or receive calls and they did not know how to fix the problem. In conclusion, hire Telcel or any other telephone service that is not Movistar or its network/infrastructure👍🏻
